System Administration for three servers, duties include installation, implementation, integration, security, and administration in local and remote environments.  LAN/WAN consists of Windows 2003 and Windows 2000.  One server dedicated to docman and fax server for two healthcare practices in separate Florida locations.  Responsibility includes all installation, updates, design, and support, employee training and documentation design for e-MDs (a complete electronic healthcare records application).  Responsibility also includes claims management, transmission and collections for internal medicine practice and family practice.  Coding, billing, Crystal Report Creation, Form Design, Flow sheets, Visit Templates, Schedule grid design, workflow redesign, multiple fee schedule implementation based on carrier allowables and collections as well as line item payment posting, ERA setup and overall practice management which includes human resources and staff management.  Also balanced complete A/R and reconciled financial reporting monthly.
